Kawaii food

Sometimes I eat food just because it's cute :p Plus that ice cream - bubble o bill (I'm not sure if they're only an Australian thing) but they're amazing, my icecream of choice as a kid because his nose was a piece of bubblegum! Even though frozen bubblegum is really the worst kind of bubblegum, the novelty was enough to win me over and the colour of his nose was always a surprise :)

Hedgehog bun or is it a puffer fish?
Luckily Brisbane has cute asian bakeries now so I can get my 'food shaped as cute things' fix!

Have you ever had a bubble o bill?

  2. Oh my goodness Fee I have tried that puffer fish guy - YUM!! :) bubble o bills were always delicious, do you remember the jelly tip ice cream? I can't remember what it was called but I used to get those if we walked to the shop at my grandmas house. Also - have-a-hearts :)

  5. dont feel wally for not realising I am deaf! I didn't really make clear that I am deaf throughout my blog anyway. that is great that you are considering to learn the sign language - there is Auslan (australia sign language) and apparently it is quite similar to BSL. Maybe this will be useful for you - http://www.auslan.org.au/

these kawaii food are cute! too cute to eat haha. I havent tried anything like that but would love to for sure x

    1. Oh yay! yes I've downloaded the Auslan app now, I'm really excited to learn :) I have one other question, you'd obviously encounter people that can't sign, do they just make up their own signs to get a message across? Sometimes when I go to learn a new sign it's not at all what I thought it would be or even the difference between other countries signs must get really confusing!

  12. Never heard before of bubble o bill! :) We don't have any bubblegum icecream here but we do have one called Dracula (is that an international one?) with red jelly inside and black (coke taste) ice on the outside, and an strawberry cream one with the shape of a foot (called "Pie" quite an obvious name, hahaha). Thanks for sharing, love looking at beautiful food!
